HireHub is a talent search and recruitment platform that connects job seekers with prospective employers. The app allows job seekers to easily create an online profile, simply by uploading their resume and waiting for companies to offer suitable jobs. Employers can search for candidates, and our in-app recommendation system will help them find the best candidates according to certain criteria. The app also provides a messaging feature between employers and candidates to enhance the recruitment experience. HireHub aims to go beyond the current recruitment process with several features, such as CV processing to automatically create online profiles and a recommendation system to help companies screen suitable candidates for specific positions.

HireHub was inspired by the fact that companies still rely on their human resources (HR) departments to sift through thousands of job applicants' CVs. This process takes time and energy. On the other hand, applicants usually have to create an online profile within the application from scratch, which causes inconsistencies between their CV and the online profile. Therefore, we offer this application to solve those problems with a recommendation system for companies and CV text processing to generate online profiles automatically.

HireHub has two tiers of users, namely applicants and employers. First of all, applicants and companies have to register and log in to the application. Then, each user level has its own function. Applicants can upload their CV/resume in our application to be evaluated by company HR. On our competitor's app, when applicants wanted to create a profile, they had to create it from scratch and enter all their data manually.

On the other hand, enterprise tier users can create their online profiles manually. They can also search for applicants/talents with simple steps, such as setting filters (filtering age/skills/others) and then searching. Then, our application will recommend (with a recommendation system we developed) several applicants in the list ranging from the most relevant to the filter to the least relevant to the filter. HR can view their online profiles and CVs, and can then offer jobs to applicants. HR must wait for the applicant's response, and if the applicant accepts the recruitment offer, the recruitment process will be facilitated via chat in our application. Then, the company will have the right to cancel the recruitment process (due to the applicant not being relevant anymore, mismatch in the interview/technical test, etc.) or accept the applicant to their company. If the applicant is accepted by the company, they will disappear from the search list, and the ongoing recruitment process will be terminated.
