1. I consult my Dashboard which brings together my contracts and my invoices, I pay my unpaid debts or those of a third party, I monitor my consumption in value and volume;
2. I benefit from the e-Services (e-Connection, e-Subscription and e-Termination) and follow their Back Office processing process remotely and in real time;
3. I benefit from advice on the optimal management of my consumption;
4. I submit my requests (event, incident, complaint, etc.) and follow the stages of their processing remotely;
5. I contact my advisor by contacting the Customer Relations Center on: 0522 31 20 20.
