Surabaya City Government Employee Performance Management Information System
ePerformance is a performance management information system in order to assess employee performance performance that is more objective, measurable, accountable, participatory and transparent, so that employee management is realized based on work performance and a work career system for Civil Servants (PNS) within the Surabaya City Government. This ePerformance application is designed in accordance with Mayor Regulation No. 7 of 2017 concerning Technical Guidelines for Giving Performance Money in Direct Expenditures to PNSD within the Surabaya City Government. It is hoped that the existence of an information system in terms of Human Resource Management (HR) will be able to motivate the performance of the Surabaya City Government civil servants in improving individual and organizational performance, as well as support the implementation of work programs that have been planned and arranged optimally.
