Merchant can track right from accepting the orders to delivery of the order ensuring smooth flow of each order. Merchant has the option to send message based on dispatch status and inform the customer during the flow of order preparation. Merchant can also decline/reject the order if the said Product is not available or due to any unforeseen circumstances.
