Sicuri si becoming is a serious game designed to raise awareness in the field of health and safety at work of high school students involved in career guidance and funding under the BRIC Inail 2016 (ID48) call.
Made at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Bologna, in collaboration with Inail's three local health authorities and the Department of medicine, epidemiology, occupational and environmental hygiene, the game avoids the frontal formation and the typical dynamics of quiz, to put the security of a small company directly into the player's hands.
Three sectors: agricultural, manufacturing and construction and the possibility of creating their own team of workers, guaranteeing indirect learning, connected to the dynamics of the game.

Assign the right PPE, secure the workstations, avoid injuries and earn points to make workers happy and the company more efficient. All in a challenge to those who make more points with a constantly updated general classification.

The best player is the one who scores the most points at the same time.
Each game is structured on a ten-day cycle, ten patterns of four minutes of play, for a total of forty minutes per game.
To score points, the player must spend the resources he earns from his team's work, provided they work safely and without injury.
Day after day, he will have to activate one worker after the other and arrange the workstations correctly on the playing field. If every station and worker has the right safety devices, the player will climb the overall standings.
The goal is to manage more jobs and more workers at the same time, avoiding or minimizing the number of injuries to have a busy company and safe and happy workers!
