Taking a photo, locating it, adding some information, sharing it and observing will help to list the difficulties encountered by cyclists and pedestrians on a daily basis.

Vigilo is an application that allows citizens who travel with non-motorized means of locomotion (pedestrians, cyclists, ...) to comment on the travel problems they face on a daily basis.
These observations posted anonymously contain all the factual information necessary for the communication and the capitalization on these statements.
Before publication they go through a process of moderation to check their relevance and the blurring of information relating to the respect of the private life.
The first objective is to engage a collaborative approach in a transparent way with communities that too often neglect these displacement issues. Observations are therefore validated as communicated on social networks.
The second is the use of this set of data collected by users in the field each day. The analyzes must make it possible to identify, in a factual way, areas of improvement allowing the development of these active modes.
