truMe APP
The primary workplace requirements that a User can manage on truMe are - marking attendance, accessing office, visiting places, managing meeting rooms; booking, access and usage of workstation, parking space, locker, rooms etc.
User can do the following with truMe App:
- Mark attendance using various interfaces – QR scan, face recognition, tap of button, BLE, phone bio-metrics etc.
- Manage leave (apply, sanction, cancel, modify etc.)
- Request for short duration out-pass
- Book, access and use a meeting room in own office premises
- Invite visitors to own office/ meeting room
- Request invite to others’ office
- Booking, access and usage of workstation, parking space, locker, rooms etc.
- Access a business park/ office that is powered by truMe in a secure, private and convenient manner
- Create Passes for your invitees/maids/drivers etc.
- Receive important notifications related to attendance, receiving visitors, attending meetings etc.
- Send message, mail or call other Users.
