The Smart Application for Integrated Licensing Services for the Public (SICANTIK) was developed by Kominfo in order to assist and facilitate Government Apparatuses in processing permit applications submitted by the public. The current existence of SICANTIK is very important because it has become a mandatory application for every One Stop Service Provider (PTSP).
