How do I request a vehicle for Rady?
1. Download the Rady App and create your account.
2. Open the app and enter where you are and your destination.
3. Once our driver is assigned, you will be able to see his information and that of the vehicle in which you will travel. You will be able to check the location of the driver in real time. In addition, you can contact him through messages from the same app.
4. Make your payment with the different payment methods that we have.
5. Click on "Confirm" and at the end of the trip remember to rate your experience. Your opinion matters to us!

Security before everything. All Rady drivers go through a selection process where they are qualified through different filters. In an emergency, use our security button.
