Provis iFM - Provis Facilities Management App.

Manage Facility maintenance at your fingertips. Through Provis iFM app, you can manage your tasks and view updates on the activities performed at remote sites with a click of a button. The list of functionalities vary across the different stakeholders, but not limited to the below:

Contractors - Contract workers and supervisors can act on tasks assigned to them, take ownership of new tasks, and synchronize task updates to other key stakeholders on the go. Location is captured from the contractors while app is running ( in foreground and background) to manage the tasks assigned.

Engineering Team - Engineering Team can assess the ongoing tasks, create new tasks, as well as act on pre-planned tasks assigned to them.
Clients - Clients can create tasks, manage their existing tasks and provide feedback on the services provided.

Management - Top management users can view key KPI and address bottlenecks in the efficient functioning of the system.
