How to Request for Rides and Transport Services

REQUEST NOW RIDES
Enter or tap pick up and drop off addresses on the map.
Select type of vehicle rides you want and request the ride.
Pay by eWallet,cash or by credit/debit card.
Do not forget to rate the driver and she or he will also rate you.
When you do not feel safe, tap on Emergency button on your ride
meter or help button on profile setting we will be waiting for your
call.

BOOK LATER + REQUEST PACKAGE RIDES
Enter or tap pick up and drop off addresses on the map.
Select choice of vehicle type and choose Book late or Request
Package ride.
Enter planned date and time of your ride and request for the ride.
On Request Package select the duration in Hours or Days.
Ride will be at your door on requested date and time once is
accepted.

PUBLIC TAXI & BUSES
Enter or tap your location or drop off addresses on the map and
select route
Look on the map for your nearest taxi rank location and available
ride.
Your ride will be ready for you on arrival
Book a local ride to your nearest Rank or bus terminal
