Integration of CQ-Mobile for alarm handling
- CQ-Mobile is part of OCC | Mobile. CQ-Mobile has been used for many years to receive and handle alarms.
- With CQ-Mobile you can easily employ yourself as a healthcare professional for projects. You can also see which colleagues are available.
- You receive alarms and immediately see the relevant information about the alarm, such as the location and the alarm type (e.g. 'care call', 'call for assistance' or 'wandering alarm').
- In the event of an alarm, you can quickly start a listening or speaking-listening connection with a healthcare client, or you can handle the alarm directly in the app.
- Does your organization also use an access solution? Then you can also manage this with CQ-Mobile. Exactly as you are used to.
