MyDRS

MyDRS is an App developed to support a Learning & Development Sprint. In a Learning & Development sprint, a team in the workplace always works intensively for a short period on concrete goals. This handy app shows the challenge (challenge) to the participants and shows the way in the steps of a sprint. With MyDRS, participants can also easily share work experience, reflections and knowledge with their teammates, and save individual and team learning outcomes in a portfolio.

The Learning & Development Sprint and accompanying App MyDRS have been developed by VUmc Academy.
