The Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) is a licensed member of the engine department of a merchant ship as per Section A-III/6 of the STCW Code. An electro-technical officer is one of the most important people on a vessel, especially when it comes to his/her expertise of handling electrical/electronics equipment of the vessel.
METO is a unique android app specially developed for all ETOs. Users can access this app from any corner of the world. The METO app is free to use and there is no subscription charges.
