A well-known drawing artist in Bangalore, Lavanya Siddeshwar is a self-taught drawing artist. She started Lavanyas Art in 2019 as a platform to showcase her realistic portrait drawings and to provide customized portrait drawings for her clients. She has also started sharing her knowledge and experience by conducting online drawing classes from the year 2021 to help beginner artists and art enthusiasts excel in their portrait drawing skills. She has curated all her knowledge and designed portrait drawing courses for those who want to draw realistic pencil portraits. Her practical tips and techniques and easy-to-understand communication will help you master color pencil, graphite and charcoal portrait drawing.
About her Life


Lavanya Siddeshwar is a self-taught artist who can create wonders with just pencils. She has always been passionate about art since she was a child. When she was 10 years old, she started to draw. Despite having a strong passion for drawing, she had to stop drawing for a few years in order to complete her studies and to do 9-6 jobs on a regular basis. This intense passion for art was never far from coming to fruition. The desire for art, inside her, didn't let her stay far from creating art. She decided to draw again and has been practising hyper-realistic drawing since the year 2018. She is especially passionate about portrait drawing; hence, she has started to create many customised portrait drawings for her clients since 2019. She truly believes that working on different subjects feels overwhelming at the beginning and the most satisfying at the end. So, enjoying the process of making a portrait drawing is the most integral part. She explains realistic portrait drawing to be an art, which majorly depends on observation skills. If you develop your keen observation fifty percent of the job is done because you can draw only what you can see. The remaining fifty percent depends on the total value you bring in your drawing.

Medium
