imagi [Discontinued] APP
Dear Users,
We wanted to inform you that imagi will be discontinued on December 4, 2024. After this date, the app will no longer be available for download or receive updates, and certain features may stop functioning over time.
What This Means for You:
New Users: The app is no longer accepting new users. Thank you for your interest and check below for alternative options to enjoy the imagi experience.
Current Users: While you may continue to use the app for now, please be aware that:
- After December 15, you will no longer be able to log out and back into the imagi app on your Android device. If you are logged in, you will be able to continue using the app without disruption until you log out.
- After January 7, no new in-app challenges will be available in your installed imagi app. If you are logged in, you will be able to continue using the app but will not be able to participate in the challenges.
- Over time, certain features may become unavailable due to backend changes.
While the Android app will no longer be supported, you can still enjoy the full imagi experience in other ways:
- imagi coding game for iPhone and iPad: Download the free coding game here.
- imagi Edu: Access our free platform for in-school use via a web browser or the tablet app on the App Store or Google Play or ask your child’s teacher for an access code.
- imagiCharm: Connect to our imagi coding game on iPad or iPhone or imagi Edu.
We understand this news might be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we focus on ensuring imagi remains a powerful resource for learning and creativity. We encourage you to explore these alternative platforms to continue your coding journey with us.
If you have any questions or need help transitioning to using imagi on another platform, please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected].
Thank you for your continued support.
Warm regards,
The imagi Team

EXPRESS YOURSELF WITH CREATIVITY AND CODE
The imagi app, created by imagiLabs, makes programming fun, creative and social. It teaches a real programming language called Python. This Python is not a scary snake – it’s a fun way to create your own designs and learn programming at the same time.
EXPLORE
Discover coding projects created by our community
Comment to encourage your fellow creators
Try others’ coding projects for inspiration
LEARN
No previous experience needed, get started with learning how to turn on a light in our 8*8 pixel matrix.
CREATE
Use the newly learned concepts to create completely new shapes and patterns.
Once done, you check whether your code is correct and learn to debug just like professional programmers do.
Save your projects to come back to them later.
CONNECT
To make using the imagi app even more fun, you can connect to your imagiCharm and wear your coding creations.
The imagiCharm is a colorful accessory designed together with and for girls (but in fact it is a great tool for anyone to have fun with coding).
REPEAT
Once you learned the basics you will be able to creative whatever you’d like! If you can dream it you can code it! For example you can:
Match your imagiCharm with your outfit.
Code an emoji to express how you feel.
Program an animation that illustrates how you feel about climate change!
