Giuseppe Mezzero was born in Capua - a city near Naples. In 1990 I moved to Germany with my family.
From an early age I grew up in the catering trade. After a lot of effort, coupled with a great passion for gastronomy, I have now opened this restaurant. With the aim of continuing our family tradition.

We want to create a place with authentic quality cuisine for our guests. A place where you feel at home and at home and to which you gladly return. This is how the “il Martino” restaurant was born. “Martino” is my father's name, which is very important to me and my family.

I would like to dedicate all of this to my father, Martino Mezzero - one of the best Italian restaurateurs in the region.
