Ecovis

The Ecovis application connects you to Ecovis, giving you access to a Document Management web platform. Change the traditional way of working by allowing you to easily upload photographs or documents of invoices issued, received or tickets converted to PDF format.

Take a photo of your purchase invoice or ticket, and easily share it with Ecovis, for later processing and accounting. Shown on the Ecovis customer portal. Ecovis will convert the photograph into a PDF for subsequent processing.

Upload a document to the office from your mobile device, tablet, etc., classifying the type of document and starting the processing process for perfect accounting in Ecovis.

The information is then processed by Ecovis production tools, adapted and subsequently published in a real collaborative environment.
