Clock-In

The supervisor can generate QR codes that define the job or work location. These QR codes can be scanned by other people using the Clock-In App. The QR code is stamped with the first scan (clock-in) and stamped with the second scan (clock-out). The supervisor can view the time recording and thus monitor the working time.

Scenario - recording the working hours of employees at changing places of work:
In craft trades, the place of work is changed regularly. In this case, Clock-In is ideal for being able to record the working times of your employees. You can generate a QR code, print it out and attach it to the workplace where you want your employees' working hours to be recorded. As soon as employees arrive at the workplace, they scan this QR code to clock in the working hours. When leaving the place of work, the QR code must be scanned again to stamp the working time (clock-out).
