Cidade Saudável ACS

The Healthy City ACS module is a system that can be purchased by municipalities, installed for monitoring by the Health Department, and used by Community Health Agents (ACS).

This application allows the replacement of paper cards used by Community Health Agents with electronic cards filled out on tablets.

The Healthy City ACS works online and offline, among other features, we highlight:

● Individual Registration, Home Registration, Home Visit, among other forms used frequently;
● Sending registered forms when connecting to the internet;
● Obtaining coordinates for geolocation of patients;
● Statistical analysis of data.

ATTENTION: When using the test mode, clicking the "Make a test" button on the login screen, the registered forms will not be registered on the server, so they will not be submitted to the PEC. To use the application you must be linked to a health department that uses the Healthy City - ACS module.
