The Cassems Beneficiário application is constantly evolving, in this new version you will have full control of your information and that of your dependents, reinforcing our commitment to transparency.
In addition, you will have facilities so that you can make better use of the benefits of your plan. It is possible to schedule your In-Person Consultation, as well as Exams on the Preferred Network (not yet available throughout Brazil).
You will also be able to check your open payment slips, request and track refunds and CASSEMS telephone numbers.

Among the features, you can access the virtual identification card for your plan and your dependents, very useful in situations where you need to use the plan.
