Functionality
Asset Manager - Report incidents or create a Service requests and assign to your maintenance unit/contractor.
Engineer/ Technicians - Provide fault diagnosis, request for materials / Spare Parts, record actions taken.
Site Supervisors - Monitor all maintenance activities on Assets.
Purchase Officers – Maintain a central Price Book that governs the cost of goods & services procured via the system
