Automated information and measurement system (AIMS) Eldis is an online platform for building commercial and technological accounting systems for all types of energy resources.

Eldis allows you, in the shortest possible time, with minimal start-up investments, to deploy at the level of an individual organization or an entire region a modern online system for reliable accounting of heat, water, gas, electricity from source to consumer and organize a single information field for all participants in the resource supply process.

BASIC CAPABILITIES OF AIIS ELDIS:
• Remote collection of meter readings according to a given schedule.
• Storage of all archives and parameters of metering devices for at least 10 years.
• Generation and distribution of reports and downloads using 200+ ready-made templates, incl. according to the forms of MOEK, GUP TEK, TGK-1, 80020, standard forms of metering device manufacturers, etc.
• Notifying users about emergency situations by e-mail and SMS.
• Online monitoring of exceeding the limits of indications and parameters.
• Remotely changing the parameters of metering devices and automation equipment.
• Control of timing of verification of metering devices.
• Availability of API and ready-made integrations: FIAS, weather services, cartography, GIS housing and communal services, GIS Zulu, SCADA systems, billing systems RSO and UK, etc.
• Reconciliation of balances between the source and consumers, TDPU and IPU.
• Analysis of the quality and quantity of energy resources consumed, incl. compliance with temperature conditions, quality of hot water supply, non-contractual and excess consumption, inappropriate use, etc.
• Forecasting and analysis of the effects of energy-saving measures.

Eldis works with any equipment with an open communication protocol:
• 310 models of energy metering devices excluding modifications.
• 71 models of temperature controllers excluding modifications.
• 68 modem models.
The list of supported equipment is constantly updated with new devices based on user requests.
Every day, using the AIIS Eldis platform, more than 205,000 metering devices are polled. The platform is already used by 62,000+ organizations in 86 regions and 871 cities of the Russian Federation. All indicators are current as of June 2024.
