[Precautions for use]
If an error is displayed and you cannot connect to Wi-Fi, please try the following.
- Reboot your Android device
- Restart your Wi-Fi router.
- Close other apps.
- Running near Wi-Fi routers.
- Change the channel settings of your Wi-Fi router.
- If the Wi-Fi router's 2.4GHz band wireless channel is set to 12 or 13 channels, change to channels 1 to 11 (Android devices may not support 12 or 13 channels) .
- If the Wi-Fi router's 5 GHz band wireless channel is set to a channel with a number of 52 or higher, change to channel 36 to 48 (Android devices may not support channels with a number of 52 or higher. ).
- If you have installed an app that controls Wi-Fi, close it or uninstall it (Wi-Fi management app, Wi-Fi calling app, etc.).
- Remove unnecessary Wi-Fi network settings.
